Succession planning is an important part of good governance. It is rare for a governing body to be able to parachute in an experienced chair, but existing governors may be reluctant to step up.
This session, led by Susy Stone and Darren Simons, will consider the role of the chair and vice chair and how existing governors might prepare themselves to take on these important roles.
