The Director of Leadership Programmes will oversee the planning, delivery, and evaluation of all aspects of the PaJeS suite of leadership development and support programmes.

They will be the project lead for the Jewish Schools’ Leadership Programme for middle leaders, with responsibility for the planning, development, delivery, fundraising and budget of the programme content, supported by the project administrator.

• Oversight of the planning and delivery of the PaJeS professional pathways
• Work closely with and support the lead facilitators of the Lira Winston Fellowship and the New Heads’ Development and Support Programme
• Maintain existing partnerships within and outside of the Jewish community (eg Ambition Institute, My Coaching Place), and seek new strategic partnerships
