Session 1 – Inbox to Impact
Manage difficult emails with ease, use AI to save time, and write with impact to de-escalate difficult situations.
On a busy Monday you receive an email from a parent raising a concern. As you grab a sandwich in a brief visit to your office, you write a speedy response and press ‘Send’. And then you wish you hadn’t……
This session will explore how to manage your endless flow of emails in a time efficient way and with maximum impact.
The session will be facilitated by Sarah Simmons, Headteacher at Rimon and Executive Principal at Sacks Morasha.
