Find your Leadership Coach

Why coaching?

Coaching is increasingly recognised as an empowering and impactful process, providing you and members of your team with support and challenge at different stages of your school leadership journey.

A coach acts as a trusted partner, working with you individually within a safe and confidential space, identifying and exploring your goals and desired outcomes, including any barriers and challenges that may be getting in the way.

Sir John Whitmore, pioneer of coaching and leadership development, described coaching as "unlocking a person’s potential to maximise their own performance. It is helping them learn rather than teaching them".

With this in mind, PaJeS is happy to signpost you to a range of coaching options depending on your role, budget and preferred approach. These are not specific recommendations and ensuing coaching relationships will be a private and confidential arrangement between coach and client.
