NRPS is an established, thriving orthodox Jewish Independent School for boys and girls aged 2-11, situated in Hendon NW4.

Our school is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and committed individual to join our wonderful team to work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils in Key Stage 1 and 2. Under the direction of the Inclusion Leader, you will be assisting with both classroom management and individualised learning plans, supporting children with special educational needs (SEN).

Key responsibilities include:

• Demonstrate a commitment to supporting students with special educational needs and who have an EHCP
• Possess an understanding of how to assist students with learning difficulties.
• Supporting children’s personal needs and social development.
• Helping to prepare classrooms for lessons and assisting with resource management.
• Encouraging children’s interaction and independence in learning activities.
• Show dedication to upholding the ethos of Nancy Reuben Primary School
• Exhibit a passion for fostering children’s learning and development.
• Display flexibility in supporting staff and students as needed within the role.

You will be a role model for our pupils, promoting positive behaviour and inclusion. Experience working with children is desirable, but your enthusiasm, communication skills, and willingness to collaborate as part of a team are just as important.
