The Lubavitch Multi Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a dedicated SENDCO to lead our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) department that lies within The Learning Centre, where every pupil’s learning matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding and passionate professional to lead and develop our SEND provision across the Trust. We welcome applications from qualified SENDCO’s who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee SEND provision across all schools within the Lubavitch MAT
- Ensure compliance with SEND legislation and best practices
- Develop and implement efficient systems and strategies to implement, support and closely monitor the achievement and well-being of students with SEND
- Provide training and support to staff on SEND-related matters
- Lead all teaching staff in Quality First Teaching
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for students
