The successful candidate will:

• Be a qualified Teacher
• Have a passion for special needs and able and willing to promote good mental health and wellbeing in the school
• Be a good communicator able to meet with parents and discuss concerns
• Possess high aspirations for all children and a desire to raise standards
• Able to support and train support staff
• Be willing to teach small groups
