This position would suit a qualified teacher looking to progress into the role of Assistant SENCO.
The core focus of this job is to support the SENCO with a specific cohort of pupils.
The post holder will do this by assuming responsibility for a small case load of pupils with an EHCP (mainly year 7), working closely with the pupils, undertaking reviews, attending parent evenings, and supporting teaching and support staff with the implementation of inclusion strategies.
