Gateways is an alternative education provider and a registered charity located in the London Borough of Barnet. We are dedicated to supporting young people aged 14-25 who face challenges in mainstream education due to Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
We are now seeking a compassionate and experienced Head of Pastoral Care to join our team and help shape the future of our pastoral support services.
As a key member of the Leadership Team, the Head of Pastoral Care will be responsible for providing a strategic vision for pastoral care at Gateways. This role is integral in fostering a positive and supportive culture, while promoting high aspirations among both staff and students. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our students receive the care, guidance, and support they need to thrive.
