We are seeking an exceptional Governance Lead to ensure our governance framework supports our mission of educational excellence.

The main purpose of the Governance Lead is to ensure that all layers of the Trust’s governance arrangements operate as a coherent whole. • Clerking and Minute Writing: Attend meetings, take comprehensive minutes, and ensure their timely distribution.
  • Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all governance activities, including trustee and governor files.
  • Pre and Post Meeting Administration: Handle all preparatory and follow-up administrative tasks to ensure meetings are conducted efficiently.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the seamless onboarding process for new trustees and governors, ensuring they are well-integrated and informed.
  • Register of Interests: Maintain and regularly update the register of interests for all trustees and governors.
