Sinai School are seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance Assistant to support the financial operations of our school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting in budget management.

Skills required:

  • A comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget tracking, complemented by proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial management software and school-specific systems.
  • Strong numerical skills enable precise handling of transactions, account reconciliations, and report preparation, while attention to detail ensures accuracy and compliance.
  • Effective time management, document organisation, and teamwork to support administrative and financial operations.
  • Exceptional customer service to address enquiries and payment processing.
  • Knowledge of funding regulations, and ethical financial practices.
