We are looking for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator/ Key Worker with a minimum of three year’s experience in a day care setting to join our nursery. The Early Years Educator will have a good understanding of the EYFS framework and will support the planning and delivery of high-quality educational activities that promote child development. We are looking for a candidate with a background of working in a Jewish early years setting, who can inspire a Jewish ethos at Shoresh and support the holistic incorporation of the Hebrew language into the nursery.
You will need to be thoughtful and proactive, committed to ensuring the provision of high-quality education and care for children, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. You’ll need to be patient, helpful and enthusiastic in your approach to work and dedicated to building strong relationships across Shoresh and the wider BNJC team.
