The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Sixth Form who will lead and develop our post-16 provision, ensuring our continued success for delivering an outstanding Sixth Form experience. As Director of Sixth Form, you will have the unique opportunity positively to impact on the academic and personal development of our Sixth Form pupils in line with the School’s vision and strategic plan. The successful candidate will lead and manage the Sixth Form team, have oversight of the pastoral, academic and social progress of all pupils in the Sixth Form, have oversight and ultimate responsibility for the Higher Education application process and be an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team.
