Working weeks: Term time plus two weeks (A Level and GCSE weeks in August).

Working hours: 37.5 hours. (The role may occasionally require working beyond standard hours, including unsociable times for evening events and to attend school trips).

The role

We are looking for a Marketing & Admissions Assistant to support our busy department in shaping the school’s digital presence, showcasing our community, and delivering unforgettable experiences for families.

What you will do:

  • Take over our socials with dynamic photos, videos, reels & TikTok
  • Bring events to life – from Open Days to alumni reunions
  • Create eye-catching campaigns across digital & print
  • Share authentic stories from students & staff
  • Keep an eye on trends & insights to boost engagement

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Social-media savvy & loves experimenting with creative formats
  • Organised, proactive, and ready to roll up their sleeves
  • A strong communicator with an eye for detail
