This is a key strategic role in a 1FE Jewish primary school, requiring someone who can lead by example, inspire staff, and make a measurable difference to pupils’ outcomes and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will: 

• Be an excellent classroom practitioner with a proven impact on pupil progress 
• Have experience of leading improvement in teaching and learning 
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate others 
• Be committed to inclusion, safeguarding, and equality 
• Be ready to deputise for the Headteacher when required
