- Providing strategic leadership across the Trust and its schools
- Driving high standards of teaching, learning and outcomes
- Working closely with Trustees to deliver the Trust’s vision and growth
- Leading, developing and supporting senior leaders across all schools
- Ensuring strong governance, compliance and financial sustainability
