Yavneh College is an oversubscribed secondary school in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. This is a newly defined, operational role at the heart of our behaviour provision. The Behaviour and Engagement Manager takes direct, day-to-day responsibility for our Reflection Room — the designated space for pupils on Internal Suspension and those removed from lessons — delivers structured behaviour interventions with our most challenging pupils, and investigates serious incidents. The postholder also line-manages our newly created Behaviour Mentor, who provides in-room support to pupils in the Reflection Room.
