Kisharon Noé School is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant with strong experience in supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs to join our friendly and inspirational team.

The Role
The successful candidate will:
Support and lead learning for individuals, small groups, and occasionally the whole class.
Use specialist SEN knowledge to adapt activities, support communication, and promote positive behaviour.
Contribute to planning, assessment and preparation of resources.
Develop strong relationships with pupils, using warmth, consistency and empathy.
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and other professionals.
What We’re Looking For
Essential experience working with children with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
Confidence leading learning and supporting behaviour positively.
Strong understanding of child development and personalised strategies.
A calm, proactive and resilient approach.
A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
Interview Activity
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to plan and deliver a short activity with a small group of pupils. This is a chance to show your creativity, enthusiasm and ability to engage learners in a meaningful, accessible way.
