The PaJeS Lira Winston Z”L Fellowship is an exciting and intensive two year programme for senior Jewish school leaders who aspire to become Headteachers or whole school leaders. We enrolled our first cohort onto this programme in May 2024, aiming to equip and inspire the next generation of Headteachers for Jewish schools. Fellows are senior leaders drawn from schools of all types across the community and the programme will expand their minds, capacities and horizons, preparing them for the challenges and opportunities of School leadership.
