Workshop 1: Developing my Authority, Presence and Impact as a Leader

This is the second session of the JSLP -The Jewish Schools’ Leadership Programme 2025-26. This programme will runs across the academic year and supports the development of middle and early senior leaders who may or may not have already completed an NPQ.

The programme consists of four half-day leadership workshops, in addition there are half-termly group coaching sessions (approx 6 people held as twilight or evening sessions). With 70 participants over the last two years, we are expecting the JSLP to be a popular option as there is no additional cost to participants from PaJeS subscribing schools.
