An important workshop for DSL’s and Wellbeing Leads to learn and share experiences with like minded professionals.
We will learn from Lubna Dar, a Consultant Counselling Psychologist with over 25 years of experience specialising in the field of Eating Disorders. She is joint head of the Eating Disorders Programme at Noa Girls as well as supervising and teaching within NHS services.
Lubna has helped to set up the first Eating Disorders Service in London for the Jewish Community. She will explore the differences between easting disorders and disordered eating as well as how to spot signs of eating difficulties. You will gain tips on how to support students as well as exploring where to refer and get external support from.
This important workshop for DSLs and Wellbeing Leads will give participants the opportunity to meet with colleagues from different Jewish schools to share best practices and to gain valuable insight and understanding on this topic.
